Throughout his career, Michael has built long-standing relationships grounded in honesty, reliability, and consistency. His commitment to straightforward communication and follow-through continues to define how Leeds Resources operates today.
Jake Jones - Vice President of Sales / Fifth Generation
Jake Jones represents the fifth generation of the family’s involvement in lumber and brings more than 24 years of industry experience to Leeds Resources. He has built his career specializing in upper-grade clears and premium softwood products, with a focus on matching material to specific manufacturing and architectural applications.
Known for his responsiveness and product knowledge, Jake works closely with customers to ensure clarity, consistency, and dependable supply. He plays a key role in guiding the company’s nationwide growth while preserving its relationship-driven approach.
Jackson Jones - Operations / Sixth Generation
Jackson Jones represents the sixth generation of the Jones family legacy. He is currently pursuing a Business degree at Oregon State University, combining formal education with hands-on field experience.
During summer, Jackson works full-time alongside his father and grandfather, gaining practical exposure to sourcing, mill operations, and customer needs. During the academic year, he supports Leeds Resources by managing the company’s website and digital presence.
His involvement helps ensure the company remains grounded in tradition while continuing to evolve with the future of the industry.
